Yardwonder Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Evolui AB, corporate identity number 559345-8705, Pildammsvägen 95F, 215 34 Malmö, Sweden ("Evolui", "we", "us") for the use of Yardwonder at yardwonder.com. By using Yardwonder or buying from it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using Yardwonder
You may use Yardwonder for your own home and garden projects, including sharing what you get with your family, landscaper or contractor. You must not resell it, copy or scrape the service, try to get around usage limits, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harms others. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to make a purchase.
Purchases
- Prices are shown before you buy. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is delivered digitally as soon as it is ready.
- A plan is a one-time purchase. It includes up to 100 designs, a full plan with its planting key and PDF for one design you choose, and 5 revisions. There is no deadline to use them. What it includes is shown before you pay.
- Your first plan sets which yard (front yard or backyard) the purchase is for. A revision is a new plan for another design of that same yard. Designs, plans and revisions stay available while you use them; if 12 months pass without you making a design or using a revision, the ones left expire. They have no cash value.
- A plan for another yard is a separate purchase at the price shown before you pay.
- The welcome price applies to your first plan when you buy it within 7 days of your first design. After that, the regular price applies.
- A designs pass gives you the number of extra designs shown before you pay. If you buy a plan within 7 days of buying a pass, the pass price comes off the plan once.
- If you get a refund for a plan, its remaining designs and revisions end.
- Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal
If your package isn't right, email support@evolui.io within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because what you buy is digital content we start creating straight away, we ask at checkout for your consent to begin delivery immediately and for your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. This does not affect the refund policy above or your rights if something you bought is faulty.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them, for example because it is your own property or you have the owner's permission, and that they do not show other people in a way they have not agreed to. You give us permission to process them only to provide Yardwonder to you, as described in the Yardwonder Privacy Policy. We will not use your photos or designs in our marketing without asking you first.
You may use the designs, plans and lists you receive for your own projects, including printing them and giving them to contractors.
Logging in
You log in with a code we email you, so anyone who can read your email can open your designs and purchases. Keep your email account secure, and log out on shared devices.
What you can ask for
Yardwonder is for redesigning yards and gardens. Don't upload photos, or ask for changes, that are sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful, that show people without their consent, or that you don't have the right to use. Photos and change requests are checked automatically, by us and by our AI provider, and requests that break these rules are refused. We may suspend access for anyone who keeps trying.
Designs, plants and budgets
Redesigns are AI-generated illustrations of what your yard could look like. They are not construction drawings and may show things that can't be built exactly as pictured. Plant suggestions, quantities and budget ranges are estimates based on general data for your area. They are not quotes, and real costs vary. Designs are generated for you, but similar designs may be generated for other people, so they are not exclusive. Before you build, check plants with a local nursery, get quotes from contractors, follow local rules and HOA requirements, and call 811 before you dig.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee any feature will remain available. If we discontinue something you paid for before you received it, we will refund you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Yardwonder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolui is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
You can stop using Yardwonder at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Swedish courts, except where the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights. Consumers in Sweden can also bring a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
