Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Evolui AB, corporate identity number 559345-8705, Pildammsvägen 95F, 215 34 Malmö, Sweden ("Evolui", "we", "us") for the use of our apps. By downloading or using an Evolui app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the apps
You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the apps, or use them in any way that is unlawful or harms others.
Not medical advice
Our apps, including any tracking, forecasting, scoring, or educational content, are for informational purposes only. They are not medical devices, do not provide medical advice, and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in an app. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, sold through Apple's App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You own the information you enter into our apps. It is stored on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups, for example via iCloud device backup.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features or an app at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee any feature will remain available.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolui is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Swedish courts, except where the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
